I am running Firefox 68.6 ESR both in my VMware VDI environment as well as our Physical desktops, and we are trying to push Bookmarks down via GPO to the Bookmark Toolbar inside a Folder, and it isn't applying on the first run of Firefox. You have to close the application out, and then open it back up. It does consistently apply on the 2nd loading of Firefox. We are pushing it via a User Policy GPO.

AutoUpdate is still disabled and greyed out (via the previously deployed local JSON config file) and the bookmarks aren't present. ... We're looking at using the GPO functionality to start managing our existing Firefox deployments. We've loaded the ADMX file game and have created a test GPO that does 2 things: 1.
