Hello there We have read your message. We try to help you.

Yes , Correct I have read the accusation mr / mrs.

Do you send the message to Greece if I can ask?

The sending of emails to distant countries can contain such symptoms and also spread further if necessary to recipients with whom you also have mail traffic that does not have to do with emails from or to distant countries.

Just like sending mails to China. In this case to Greek countries.

Mr/mrs.

Using Word can be infected by sending copies to a far place direct into a mail.

If you see strange characters in a received message, click the Encoding button on the ribbon and select a different one, like Unicode (UTF-8). If this makes the text display properly, you may find it best to leave Use default encoding for all incoming messages not selected.

~ You have specified a font for the message to be composed in that is simply not installed on the recipients device so it has substituted something the machine thinks is similar (for instance is also a san serif font)

~The outgoing message is corrupted during transmission. Usually the result of anti virus scanning.

~The incoming message is corrupted by scanning. (particularly common where PDF attachments are concerned)

Mrs/mr. Hello there again.

Set preference mail.strictly_mime to true.

Change to UTF-8.

Workarounds:

Set preference mail.strictly_mime to true.

Or setup to send in UTF-8 always: Tools> Options, Display, Fonts & Colors, Advanced, Text Encoding.

Select UTF-8 for outgoing mail and clear "When possible, ..."

recipient may not have the same settings and will see this for the same setting of also the same font, so these occurrences can pile up and cause these kinds of conflicts.

As described in the previous copies from word text programs, such viruses can also be created.
