video calls crashing browser

Except for Zoom, I can't do video calling without crashing the browser (not just the tab; the whole thing) on my Windows laptop. My doctor has software for telemedicine calls, but it won't work. Facebook video calls won't work. I have been told that this will all work with Chrome, but I'd rather not install Chrome if I don't have to. I have Facebook on my android phone, and video calling works just fine there. Anyone know what my problem is and what I can do to fix it? Please don't use tech speak in your answer if possible.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Please, Do not post a screenshot ! !
