The Firefox app on a new computer, is synced to another computer and cell phone. I can see all my history. For what ever reason, I can not search, open or basically do anything with Firefox on the new computer. If anyone can offer a suggestion, it would be greatly appreciated.

hello csy,

If i'm not mistaken, a new Win10 machine requires tweeking of the accounts and other safety features. Review the parent control settings, permissions to run apps, and admin notifications when an app wants to run.

Also sometimes none microsoft apps like anti-virals need to tweeked to recognize and allow other apps to work.

And sometimes new versions of apps, like the latest FF v88 is not recognized by the anti-virals too.

Lastly, if it is a new machine, then Win10 may be spending lots of time downloading many updates and new revisions of the o.s.. The latest update is April 19th
