I don't know whats going on but I cant log into HULU or HBO Max. Not sure if there was a recent update. I cleared cookies and history and even reset me pc but nothing. For HULU when I enter my log in info and try and check the I'm not a robot box it wont load then I get an error (Firefox Can’t Open This Page To protect your security, www.google.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window.)

When I try and open HBO Max I just get Oops! Something Went Wrong Try refreshing the page or navigating to another page and coming back. Go to the homepage. Service Code: H-837d86bb-5b28-4bf3-fa3d-2705a0fb5bf1

Both work fine on other browsers

I don't know if it's changed or if it's something with me but I feel the pain. I just went through just about everything capsh wise only to find out that my login has been blocked. "Error: Your login has been blocked." Works fine in chrome, also running ublack origin wasn't a problem before. What sucks is getting asked to select bicycles being shown pictures of motorcycles and repeatedly getting shown pictures of traffic lights and crosswalks. Then hitting submit getting yelled at for not selecting oh yeah images that popped up after I finished looking at them. Wish I did a screen capture, oh it's just one more to verify................ then it will let me in.................

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

You can try these steps in case of issues with webpages:

You can reload webpage(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Settings).

"Remove the Cookies" for websites that cause problems:

  • Settings -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Data"

"Clear the Cache":

  • Settings -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> Cached Web Content: Clear

Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.
