Hi, I am using Thunderbird ver. 78.12.0 (32-bit). I have configured filter rules in the message filter to move notification messages to the Notification folder. After shifting to ver. 78, in every 3-4 days I am getting the following error message while downloading emails " The messages could not be filtered to a folder 'Sophos Notification' because adding a message to it failed....." . Please refer screenshot for the full message. The message reappears even after the repair of the folder. I also tried manually run the filter, it works. Please suggest a solution. Thanks. Regards, Sachin Bhatgare

try excluding the Thunderbird profile from on access scanning by your anti virus product. OR if you have the mail stored in a location subject the random change like a cloud synchronized location or one with streaming backup. Turn those things off.
