For the past day or two, I've had great difficulty in accessing my Microsoft Outlook email account within the Firefox browser. I've looked up various fixes on Microsofts end, but none have worked, so I'm figuring it may be a browser issue. I can access the account in google chrome just fine; I can also access it in private mode. I've erased cookies, but that's only a temporary fix.

I'm getting a 500 error, a perpetual redirect before the website times out/crashes.

If there is still a problem,

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While you are in Troubleshoot(Safe) mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
