Fidelity videos used to run till 10 days ago. But now they donot run on Firefox. Though they work fine on Chrome.

Videos on Fidelity.com have stopped working in the last 10 days. They used to work all along in the past. I thought the site is broken. But when I placed link in Chrome, the video works fine.

For example, this free video runs in chrome but not on firefox now.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
