I been using Amazon for a number of years. Until a couple of weeks ago the product videos yielded a message "video not supported by this browser". I liked that because I use the internet selectively - I have a filter that provides me with a "white list" of sites I wish to access, and unless I make a special request, I cannot access other sites. Similarly I try to avoid most videos. Recently the Amazon product videos have been accessible. Is there some way Firefox can once again "not support" them? Thank you very much.

You should provide links to product videos that are not working for you. Live works for me in Win7. see screenshot

Thank you however my question was probably not clear. I do not want to see these videos. I don't want them to be supported by my browser - as was the case until recently. I was happy that I could not see them. I wish they were not there at all.

Thank you jonzn4SUSE - This looks promising - I'll be contacting a technician who helps me and provide him with this link. I really appreciate your concern and help. Orbach725
