This morning my email stopped working (Ver 91.11.0 32Bit). It gives me messages indicating that I cannot connect to a mail server that is not the one I use.

My email account is Road Runner. The email server is mail.twc.com. The email server that is timing out is mobile.charter.net. My provider, Spectrum, Is claiming that it is a thunderbird problem. All of my email accounts are set up according to their specifications. Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated.

I did a brief search and found a couple of websites saying the Spectrum server is mail.twc.com and others saying mobile.charter.net . Thunderbird does not, on its own, contact a server that isn't in the setup.
