I have Arlo security cameras installed at my house. I have tried numerous "fixes" from the web but no one seems to know why Firefox and google chrome cannot play feeds from the Arlo pro 3 and 4. Arlo pro does show the feed but not the others. I refuse to install Microsoft edge but supposedly there is an app you can download to fix this issue. I need to see my camera feeds in my preferred browser Firefox.

You need to contact their support to verify it's not because might be that Firefox browser login isn't support for their software.

If I do a Google search then the problem seems to be 2K/4K HEVC videos that isn't supported by Firefox. Normal 1080 HD videos should play without a problem.

so apparently, from what i have gathered here, Firefox neither cares about their patrons or doesn't give a dang about their customers security issues. I thought Firefox was better then this. If I wanted that kind of rude, idiotic service I would still be running that shit software bing. I EXPECT them to treat their customers like shit. but firfox? guess I need to find a new browser firefox is = to chrome = to edge = to shit!!!!
