ZoneAlarm keylogger has resurfaced in Firefox version 117.0
Problem with ZoneAlarm keylogger has resurfaced in Firefox version 117.0, where typed characters do not match displayed characters in web browser. I turned off ZA keylogger but problem persists in Firefox. Mozilla technical support needs to correct this latest problem with ZA keylogger conflict.

Hi
The last time this happened, it was an update from ZoneAlarm that fixed it. Is your copy of ZoneAlarm completely up to date?
From about one month ago, a fix was made to Mozilla Firefox browser. Version 117.0 of Firefox brought back the same problem with ZA Anti-Keylogger. I also see similar problem with Google Chrome browser. Microsoft Edge does not show this problem. Temporary workaround from ZA is to uninstall the AKL feature to the security suite, or to use a different browser. My ZA security suite, Firefox and Chrome all all up-to-date. Firefox 116.0.2 fixed an issue that was causing keystrokes to be scrambled for users using ZA anti-keylogger, but problem has resurfaced with Firefox version 117.0.
In 116 this got fixed by reverting the block for icsak.dll that was added because if caused crashes. In 117 this seems to be about msctf.dll and Mozilla has contacted ZA.
