I rested my password to my firefox account, and it got rid of all my old passwords and bookmarks, is it possible to recover them?

If you reset the password for the Mozilla account because you do not remember this password, then that will remove all data stored on the Sync server because this password is used to encrypt your data locally before it is uploaded to the Sync server and only this password or a possible recovery key you created earlier can decrypt this data.

Do you only have this one device connected to Sync or is there another device with this data? You need a backup of logins.json (or logins-backup.json) and key4.db to recover your lost logins.
