As we have observed on domain - "prod.detectportal.prod.cloudops.mozgcp.net" generating 1.5 crores of request on port 53(DNS) and action is redirect here i wanted to know the services why these traffic generating within one minutes, what will the reason? what will be the counter measure?

You’re likely seeing high DNS traffic because of a misconfigured setting or a problematic extension. Try disabling extensions and checking your DNS settings. Also, monitor for any unusual network activity.

Mozilla rents server storage on Google Cloud servers (mozgcp.net). This specific URL seems to be about the captive portal detection.
