I was not able to use the "transfer profiles" feature when I upgraded from a Windows 10 to Windows 11 machine. I think I might have made a mistake..... On the old machine, it seemed like the email was always there when I opened the program. On the new machine, it looks like it downloads all the email every time I open the program. I can't find the setting I might have set up wrong.

Is this a POP or IMAP account? Are you saying that all the emails have bodies before you shut it down but that they no longer have bodies when you re-open it and they are re-downloaded?
