I have lost "All" of my toolbars. How do I get them back?

The only toolbar I have left on Firefox is the "Bookmarks Toolbar", how do I get the others back? And right-clicking does nothing.

Hit the Alt key (Cmd for Mac) to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
