When I access Internet with Mozilla Firefox and then go to ABC.com to watch a TV episode, the loading symbol just keeps going around and around. If I access using Windows Internet Explorer, I can load a view TV episodes just fine. Why can't I use Mozilla Firefox successfully?

Hello Mary.

It's possible that you don't have the necessary plugins installed. Contact ABC for support about which plugins you need, or install the plugins that your Internet Explorer already has installed.

Or you may be having a problem with some extension that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all extensions (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
