Firefox won't print from websites and tries to save files instead

more options

When I try to print (print an email, print a receipt from an online purchase, etc.) firefox instead opens the "save as" box and wants to save a .xps file. When I then click either save or cancel, I get an error message stating than an unknown error occurred when trying to print.

I am able to print the same items out of internet explorer, so the problem seems to be tied to firefox and not to, say, my printer.

Is your printer selected in the Printer - Name box?

It wasn't! Don't have any idea how that got changed, but changing it back fixes the problem. Thanks so much for the help!
