I have no "live bookmarks" icon in the bookmarks toolbar. I want it.

There is only "most visited" in my bookmarks toolbar.

I don't see the "live bookmarks" or "latest headlines" icons in the View>toolbars>customize button menu, so I can't drag then to bookmark toolbar from there.
