Do a Windows Search for all files and folders using "Verizon" as your keyword. Removing a program using the Control Panel's "Add/Remove programs" will still leave a lot of trash on your system.

Delete any "Verizon" leftovers that the search uncovers.

If, and only if, you are comfortable with editing the registry file you can do a "find" in regedit to get rid of the leftovers in the registry.

If you are not comfortable with working in the registry then leave it alone.
