Sometimes when I close FF and want to start it again message apears "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system.". Why is this happening ?

Then I have to press ctrl+alt+del and close it "manualy" I think that it doesn't happen when I wait for, I'm not sure how long, before I start again program

That can happen if Firefox doesn't close properly and there is still a hanging Firefox process running.
