Try using the Alt key on your keyboard, that may get the file menu toolbar back temporarily, as may the F11 key if you are in full-screen view.

Once you do have the menubar: To set the display of toolbars use

  • View -> Toolbars
  • then click to select which you want, &/or use the customise option.

You may then find that under your Tools option you have Java console, if that is what you are looking for. Otherwise can you provide a bit more info about what you are trying to do when you say "I cannot get Java to load(it used to be there but is gone)"

Your More system details list doesn't show the Java plugin.

Install the latest version of the Java plugin.
