On the Bookmarks menu, at very top and bottom, there's a narrow rectangle with an arrow, for scrolling up/down. How can I make this very narrow rectangle vertically wider? I assume it's something in config:about ?

This rectangle is probably only 1/32-inch vertically. Can I make it maybe 1/4-inch, so it's easier to put my mouse pointer on it? Thank you. Firefox 3.6.3, LinuxMint9

Thank you, cor-el! I pasted the code per your instructions to carwarr--love the scroll bar. Much thanks for your kind assistance.
