When toolbar is set to show icon only, there's a frame around the icon, making the icon look 3D.

When toolbar is set to show icon and text, there's no frame around the icon.

My question is, how to remove the frame around the icon when toolbar is set to show icon only?

Just move all your buttons from the navigation toolbar to the bookmarks bar and you'll be happy!

Thanks nukeUS, however, it seems your advice won't help.

The frame around the icon still exist when I moved the buttons to the bookmarks bar.

I use Firefox 4 on Mac OS X 10.6.7.
