I made an app tab that has no icon, just a blank page icon. How do I give it an icon?

It's an app tab that wasn't automatically assigned an icon (ie. if you pin facebook, it automatically gives you a facebook icon). The site I pinned doesn't do this. It just gives an icon of a blank page (it looks like a Microsoft 'new blank document' icon).
