Right-click a Toolbar and de-select Tabs on Top from that contextual menu.

There are zero options on right clicking a toolbar (Tabs on Top) OPTION! The only toolbar I have is Roboform.

If the orange Firefox menu button is visible then right click that Firefox button or use Firefox > Options or View > Toolbars or right click empty space on the Tab bar.

Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.

Click View at the top, choose "toolbars" and unclick the one at the bottom that puts the tabs at the top to move it to the bottom.
