Firefox won't allow me to click the "browse" button on hotmail or facebook to upload any documents/pictures, please help!

When I click "Browse" to upload documents to an E-Mail on Hotmail or "Browse" to upload any pictures to facebook or "Browse" on any other site to attach any documents/files... Nothing happens. It just started recently, please help.. VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. Thank you!

Do you have Microsoft Silverlight Plug-in installed? If you do, disable it to see if that helps.

Tools > Add-ons and DISABLE the Silverlight Plug-in.

adobe acrobat 7, divx web play 2, download updater 1.1, download updater 1.3, epa factory 3.64, garmin plug in 2.9.3, itunes app manager 1.0.1.1, java platform se 6.0.180.7, ms office 2003 11.0, ms office live plug in 2.0.2, ms DRM 9.0, quicktime plug in 7.6.8, shockwave flash 10.3, shockwave for director 11.5, veetle broadcaster plug in 0.9, veetle tv core 0.9, veetle tv player 0.9, windows media player plug in link library 3.0.2. and windows presentation foundation 3.5

This is very stressing, I need it to email myself things for school/work... if anyone has any ideas please try to help.
