Whenever the browser uses Flash player (ex. Facebook games), my browser becomes so slow, that even opening a new tab takes time to load. One more thing, whenever I watch videos from youtube, although the buffer is finish, the video is choppy. Any solutions with this?

No solution but some general comments

It may be worth disabling firebug, and any other unnecessary extensions, also consider any other background tasks, for instance is the computer indexing drives, or doing other downloads or security scans.

Experiment with hardware acceleration on and off, in both firefox prefs, and FlashPlayer settings. Ensure any video drivers are up-to-date.

Do you need the multiple java consoles, and is there any possibility skype may slow things down ?

It may be worth considering a new separate profile just for flashplayer gaming.
