Firefox Freezes randomly (every couple of minutes)

After upgrading to Firefox 5 (even doing a fresh install) i have noticed that Firefox keeps Freezing up on me to the point that i have to forcefully close the application and restart, this is happening extreamy frequently almost to the point were i can use the progra for 2 minuites before it locks up.

i have also noted that it appears to be totally random no one thing that i am doing (other than browsing the internet) is causing the problem.

i have checked for crash reports but none are being created, iv even uninstalled Firefox (removing all personal data) and re-installed and it still happens.

Firefox for me is now un-usable and this is relay rather frustrating as ii use it as my main browser.

I have this problem too. It did it to me on FF4 as well, and it is actually a little better in FF5, but it's still incredibly annoying.

I find if I go to close the screen completely it unfreezes. But this is getting really annoying and I'm tempted to check around for another browser

Taking a stab at getting this fixed! I have disabled all but the most recent Java Console (6.0.25), and I have uninstalled or disabled all but the most basic (required for almost every website) plugins.
