Firefox asks me to refresh my browser because I am signed in to 2 computers. I am only signed it to one. How do I get Firefox to know this?

Every 5 minutes Firefox requests I refresh my browser as I am signed in on 2 computers. I have checked the only other computer I use and I am not signed into that computer. How do I get Firefox to stop requesting a browser refresh?
