When opening to the internet I get the message, The proxy server is refusing connections. When changing setting to, No proxy, (as per my other computers) from the manual proxy configuration (127.0.0.1 Port 61737) and restart it reverts back to the Manual.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
