If I mistakenly deleted all my saved passwords is there a way to get them back?

While searching for a forgotten password in my saved passwords window, from the firefox menu, I mistakenly clicked the "remove all" button instead of the "show all" button; thus, deleting all my passwords. Is there anyway to get them back or will I have to enter all my passwords in all over again.
