mouse wheel + CONTROL does not enlarge the entire page only the lettering?

When I zoom in or zoom out the letters get larger but remain inside the same size paragraph. Any pictures remain the same size.

Remove the check-mark:

  • View > Zoom > [] Zoom Text Only

  • Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.

That worked. I didn't think of looking in View. I was always looking at mouse properties in the Control Panel. Thanks very much,
