My tab strip and every menu bar has vanished

I have absolutely no toolbars, not even a tab strip so I have nothing to right click on in order to select which toolbars I want displayed. I always thought it was not possible to remove the tab strip but mine has vanished. As such the page is useless because I don't even have a "back" button.

Try either F11 if you have switched to full screen mode.

If you want the menus then use alt to temporarily bring the menu up.
