I get the following message when I try to access a site to download an anti-virus program...Firefox can't find the server at www.eset.com....while all other sites are available.
I have recently installed Mozilla Firefox and need to download my anti-virus program Eset. I can see the site when I do a google search but when I try to access the site to purchase the program, the following message appears on the screen.
Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at www.eset.com.
Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Such behavior can be an indication that you are infected.
In such a case you can use another computer to download the program and save the file to an USB stick.
Be sure to download the latest databases.
You can try an online anti-virus scanner.
