I have unchecked the box for blocking pop ups under tools/options/content to allow me to pay for my kids mobile phone accounts on-line, but Mozilla still insists in blocking the necessary pop ups within the O2 site. I have repeatedly tried clicking the allow button, but it is still causing problems and has already prevented one transaction from going thru. What more can I do?

hi,

Try enabling the option Raise or lower windows in Tools > Options > Content > Advanced (third one from the top).

Hi Vivek, for some reason the "warn me when websites try to redirect / reload" button was tagged. I have untagged it and the problem is now solved. Thanks for that.
