What does this error mean and how can I fix it? I haven't been able to find anything out online and I get it all the time now.

Every time I am browsing in Firefox, this error comes up. I have done a virus scan using McAfee and found nothing. Is this a Firefox error?

That is a problem with a toolbar (fctoolbar).

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
