bad request when trying to load yaho mail

tried to send e-mail from a website and mac- mail popped up asking for my yahoo password but not accepting it so i copied the mail adress, cancelled mail, and tried to go to yaho mail to send the e-mail from there but it always says " bad request".I tried empty the cache and deleted cookies and then when that didnt work I deleted firefox redownloaded it, but still says the same. the my yahoo site works fine just yahoo mail not.

That issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
