How can I import my Email from Seamonkey?

I currently use sea monkey 2.4.1 for all my email & correspondence. Firefox asked to transfer data from Internet Explorer so I had to say no. The syncronize feature you have would be very helpful for me with both desk top and laptops.

Unlike SeaMonkey, Firefox doesn't do email.
