Your user agent as you appear to have posted this with yout E-reader. What model is it?

Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 1.5; en-us; pandigitalopp1/sourceidDL00000011 ) AppleWebKit/528.5+ (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.2 Mobile Safari/525.20.1

The two big requirements needed for mobile Firefox 8.0 is Android 2.1+ and have a ARMv7 cpu. Unless you have a ARMv7 type of cpu (probably will be ARMv6) and have a Android update for it you likely will not be able to run mobile Firefox on this reader.
