i cannot download firefox, i get a message " ? firefox must be closed to proceed with the installation. please close firefox to continue." the confusion for me is that firefox isnt opened??? i am trying to download!!

Are you using Google Chrome to download Firefox or anther Firefox version/

Are you saving the file to your computer (desktop)?

ok so now i was able to install, BUT the reson I was re-install it was because after opening and then closing firefoa, i counld not open it again without restarting my computer! i was able to do it b4.........
