The right scroll bar down arrow is inoperative on Gmail tab. This problem appeared after update to latest version of Firefox. Is there a fix?

The down arrow on my Gmail tab does not function. If you click it the cursor changes and no movement of the scroll bar occurs. Other tabs have the "dotted" section of the down arrow below but not in the down arrow itself. The down arrows still work except for Gmail tab.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
