Options/Privacy/Cookies delete all cookies. All there upon restart. Can these be removed? I am using Ghostery and Better Privacy and Do Not Track Plus

You may have installed an extension like TACO (Abine) or TrackerBlock that maintains a set of OPT-OUT cookies.

In that case you need to uninstall the extension to remove those opt-out cookies.

Thank you for Cor-el for your response. The extension that I installed, Do Not Track + (Albine), apparently was the reason for the long list of cookies. I guess the next thing for me to do is learn about opt-out cookies.
