I use Firefox 100%. I am unable to print preview or print from the menu bar. All other applications work fine.

From the Menu Bar when I select print preview I get a blank screen. When I select print I get a blank page. This just started today. The print function works well with Excel, Word, and I even was successful by trying Internet Explorer print.

fmdeveloper,

Safe Mode did not help for my print problem in this situation.

Thank you for your response. Working with Earthlink I found out my problem was with a corrupted Print script in Mozilla Firefox. I had to uninstall and reinstall Firefox. However, I lost all my bookmarks. Is there any way to recover them from the bowels of my computer? I did not know how to save them. I found out how to save them now, but can I recover my original list. I have to reenter the ones I remember manually, but many will be lost.

Thank you for your help. I am sure your instructions will come in handy in the future should I encounter problems again.

If you checked the box that says remove all settings then it is lost unless you have a backup

I hope I am not being too much trouble. I have a Jan 2012 Acronis backup, but I do not know what path to follow. I always use default paths. Is there a standard path, or a standard file name where Firefox stores Bookmark data?
