FYI: I just installed the latest version and Firefox works now. Very strange, but glad it worked.

That crash ID doesn't look right and it doesn't pull up any results. Can you double-check it? Instructions for finding a crash id when firefox won't start are here.

I did. That's all it says when I open the latest crash report in notepad. When the crash window appears and I click on the Details button to see more, nothing happens.

I'm downloading the latest version now (13.0) and will see if I can run the installation.

hello, just out of interest: do you have trusteer report installed on your pc (since it is known to cause some crashes recently in combination with the lastpass addon)?

No I do not have the trusteer report installed. Strange that a simple re-install fixed the issue.
