Whenever I go to a website or open Firefox, the screen will freeze and I cannot see anything except the previous page. Only by resizing the window every time can I see the new information displayed on a page. My OS is Windows Home Premium 64-bit, running on a Lenovo G470

Hi,

You can try deselecting Use hardware acceleration when available via Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Advanced > General. restart Firefox and check - a quick way to restart Firefox is to press Shift + F2, type restart and Enter.

Sorry. All of them didn't work. However I found one that did. I transferred all my documents online, created another administrator account, and deleted the old one. I could then use Firefox without it freezing.
