using firefox version 18.0.2 which was just updated today. When I close firefox and try to reopen or open it goes to my last tabs rather than the homepage. Homepage is set correctly in options and have tried resetting it but still get the same results. There was a previous fix that I tried which involved using about:config in a new tab and changing a setting to 0 from 1 but that did not solve the problem.

You can check for problems with preferences and try to rename or delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js files and a possible user.js file to reset all prefs to the default values.
