I purchased the Computer Associates internet security software in 2010. I now want to install a different security product. However, I cannot completely remove the CA product. I have tried the normal removing of software from the software installed on my desktop but that does not get rid of the darn thing. Obviously there are some hidden files etc. that i am not getting to. So help please. This is also making my desktop frustratingly slow and i a am sure the uninstalled part of the CA software is causing this lack of response. Thank you in advance for your help and consideration.
