cant login to firefox add ons tried resetting, this does not work!

I have tried to reset password, username and resent confirmation email. i do not receive the confirmation email but I do receive the other emails.

I continually have this problem with mz add ons. resetting does not work and my paired device will not sync as I cannot login.

Are you sure that you are using the correct email paired to that account?

Have you attempted to access the account from another computer?
