Ruby text annotation tag and element is part of the HTML5 standard: http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/text-level-semantics.html#the-ruby-element

Both IE and Chrome have already implemented support of this function. Please implement this function as it is very useful to most East Asian Languages.

The only available ruby addon for Firefox doesn't function nearly as well as native support in IE and Chrome.

As a major pusher of HTML5 technology, please implement this HTML5 standard.
